This is a conversation between me and another Muslim revert(she's the same age as me) who i knew way back before i even became a Muslim. Her life in a way, is kind of similar to mine and we shared a lot of things. We have a lot in common except for some things. Hopefully this conversation will not be misinterpreted and see the real message within.

So that's the end of the conversation. There's more but it's not important. A lot have been happening to us even though we seem to be happy and fine. Reality, it's not fine as we said it is. We told them we're good because we don't want to trouble anyone else with our problems. Maybe we seem selfish because we hesitate on telling the truth but the real thing is, we just don't know how to start. We're just afraid. Yes, we're afraid. Living in constant danger made us anxious and more timid. You think this is exaggeration? Bite from our plate then chew, then you'll know.Especially us who reverted at a very young age. Most of us are hiding, not known to most people. But we're hiding to save our iman, to save our aqidah, to save our lives even. Though we seem calm on the outside(or in my case, a little bit wacky), but actually, we're just like a tortoise. The shell we've built around us are for our own protection but inside, we're fragile and easily hurt. But, someday, we will come out of our shell. When the time comes, that is. InsyaALLAH.

Bkn Allah tak tahu derita hatimu, tapi mungkin utk menguji sedlm mana cintamu terhadapNya....
